Ze nemen je cv door, praten over je motivatie, leggen uit wat de vacature inhoudt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:1em 0;font-size:18px;line-height:1.5em;font-family:Arial,-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,Oxygen-Sans,Ubuntu,Cantarell,'Helvetica Neue',sans-serif;color:#000000;font-size:16px;line-height:2\">Het zou gek zijn als je een sollicitatie om tien uur \u2019s avonds al dansend in de kroeg hebt, toch?<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:1em 0;font-size:18px;line-height:1.5em;font-family:Arial,-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,Oxygen-Sans,Ubuntu,Cantarell,'Helvetica Neue',sans-serif;color:#000000;font-size:16px;line-height:2\">Ook de taal die we in het sollicitatiegesprek gebruiken, is symboliek. Het zegt alles over de mensen en de situatie. Het is vrij normaal om bij een sollicitatiegesprek woorden te gebruiken als 1 FTE.
